Airport Street is the destination for the “Sixth of April March” and the renewal of the covenant “The Three No’s”

The Coordination of Khartoum State Resistance Committees identified Airport Street as a destination for the “Sixth of April March” on Thursday, on the fourth anniversary of the overthrow of the ousted regime and the protests against the military coup, which are approaching a year and a half.

Khartoum State Resistance Committees Coordination said on statement yesterday it is not part of the ongoing political settlement
The coordination stressed in a press statement today, Wednesday, that it is continuing on the path of resistance despite what it called “intrigues and conspiracies,” and added: “The mind will not rest until the dawn of salvation dawns from between the folds of struggle, steadfastness and valor”

“As we commemorate those days, we are now going through delicate moments in Sudan’s history, and we are resisting those who tried to extinguish the light of our eternal revolution, which the revolutionaries refuse to win and achieve its goals,” said Khartoum State Resistance Committees Co-ordinators on the occasion of the fourth anniversary of the sixth of April.

The coordination described the journey of the popular revolution as “long”, and pledged loyalty to the blood of the martyrs and looking forward to a better future for the Sudanese.

The Khartoum State Resistance Committees Coordination noted that it is not part of any settlement with the military, and said that it will not stop resisting before witnessing the killers of protesters on the gallows.

The coordination groups called the Sixth of April processions “People’s Authority” and designated Airport Road as a destination for the demonstrations, which come on the fourth anniversary of the entry of tens of thousands of Sudanese into the vicinity of the General Command in 2019.

The fourth anniversary of April 6 this year comes in light of a political process led by the Forces of Freedom and Change (the Central Council) to sign an agreement with the military, and faces a “stalemate” in the implementation of the agreement matrix, which set the first, sixth and 11th of April to sign the final agreement, the transitional constitution and the civilian government, respectively. Compliance with the deadlines has been hampered by disagreements between the army and the RSF over issues of integration and military reform.
