The Adviser to the President of South Sudan for Security Affairs, Tut Galwak, said after his meeting today with General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan that he has asked the latter to secure the oil pipeline from South Sudan.

Galwak, who led a delegation to meet Burhan in Port Sudan, said a South Sudanese had been affected by the war in Sudan.
He added that the government of South Sudan is seeking to resolve this problem to ensure the continued flow of South Sudanese oil exports through the port of Port Sudan.
Galwak said he had agreed with Burhan to hold meetings involving officials from the oil ministries of both countries to discuss ways to solve the problem.
