Al-Kabashi: “there will be no frameworks agreement or the integration of forces “

Al-Yurae- Radio Dabanga-Kosti: A member of the Sovereignty Council and Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Army, Lieutenant General Shams al-Din Kabbashi, said that the signs of victory are looming and that the armed forces are advancing at a steady pace to end what he called the rebellion and expel it permanently. Al-Kabbashi, who was speaking to officers, non-commissioned officers and soldiers of the 18th Infantry Division in Kosti on Thursday, stressed that leaving homes, neighborhoods, civilian objects, government institutions and public and private services that the Rapid Support Forces have turned into battlefields is the basic condition for starting negotiations.

 No frameworks or similar to it again

He made it clear that he does not negotiate with the political parties from the frame work signatory’s  of what he called the rebel militia or a ceasefire except in the case of its implementation of its obligations in the Jeddah Agreement to get out of the homes of citizens and service institutions and added (Al-Atari Tani Mafi) nor (no more framework agreement) and (that the war is continuing and negotiation that is better and we will not get out of the desires of our people if it is fighting or peace.) He added that this war is not the war of the army alone, but it is the war of the police, security services, mobilized, mujahideen and popular resistance.

Al-Kabbashi described this war as an old order on Sudan and its resources are reproduced again and that what he called the Rapid Support Militia is a tool of war only, and asks how the one who claims that he wants to rule democracy to occupy the homes of citizens and narrow them in their lives.Kabbashi explained that the leader of what he called the rebellion practices lies and misinformation in order to raise the morale of his soldiers, which are at their worst after receiving defeat after another in all axes and fronts.

Closing the military file first and the political file later

The Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Army stressed that there is no opening of any political file before the closure of the military file.He stressed that the solution and negotiation lies inside Sudan.He continued, saying, “We will not travel to meet anyone abroad, any meeting that takes place inside the homeland.” He called in this regard politicians to search for solutions from inside the country and not outside it, indicating that it is necessary to sit with all spectrums of the Sudanese people to reach satisfactory solutions for all, and said that no external party will impose solutions on us. He stressed that the armed forces “will not change their positions, will not retreat and will not forgive anyone who violated the honor of the Sudanese people, stole their property, and terrorized the security and stability of citizens.”

No merge of the two forces (Merge Thani Mafi)

On the integration of the rapid support in the army, Kabashi said (merging Tani Mafi) and continued (we work military arrangements and not merge as it was previously said to merge Tani Mafi) and added (if he wants to come, he has to come according to short security arrangements and on our terms in the armed forces, and if he does not like it, he goes) and continued (other than that, there is no war halt to fighting.. we will continue to fight)
